We had a very successful tour with great audiences in Yeovil, Chesterfield, Weston-Super-Mare, Lowestoft, Middlesbrough, Swindon, Camberley and Malvern. We had some lovely reviews and basically it was a blast! I have made some fantastic friends and I know that if the show was to go out again we would all be there like a shot!

Well I haven’t been around much as I am on tour with Bruce James Productions. “Waiting for Gateaux” is a fabulous comedy written by Ed Waugh and Trevor Wood, set in a slimming club in the North! Food, fun, friends and all the drama that goes along with it! We have been all over the place
The Octagon – Yeovil
The Pomegranate – Chesterfield
The Playhouse – Weston Super Mare
The Marina – Lowestoft
Middlesbrough Theatre – Middlesbrough
The Wyvern – Swindon
and now to Camberley Theatre – Camberley, 22/23/24 July and then Malvern Theatre 5/6/7 August!!!

It has been a blast and I am lucky to be working with a great cast – Lisa Riley, Sally Bankes, Andrew Ryan, Helen Kennedy and Cloudia Knight.
The audiences have been wonderful and long may it continue!

They will also be performing at MAD Waddesdon on the 26th June.
Waddesdon Manor holds this event annually and it is a great arts event. Different local groups as well as professional groups perform in the wonderful grounds of the fabulous Manor.
Waddesdon Manor is a great day out in itself, but if you are a fan of the Arts this is well worth the visit.

Teaching has been a new and great experience, not sure whether I am ready to give up my dream to do it full time just yet, but I know it would be something that I would consider in the future.

Can’t quite believe that it is April either! This year is going at a pace!

Am still teaching the BTEC Dance programme and they are making great way with their performance piece “Butterfly”.
Miles at Marlowes is doing a grand job and is coming up with new and exciting options and is super!
Am looking forward to castings and performing.

My cousin S. Siobhan McCarthy is an actor / performer in Canada.

Have spent the afternoon dancing with a lovely bunch of peeps! Lots of talent and good ideas. They are working toward a performance in May and their piece is called Butterfly!

Honestly never really thought of teaching but I enjoyed today…..lets see what the next few weeks hold in store.
Working with them again tomorrow – what to do for the warm up??? Jamiroquai was a hit today but need to work n something now for tomorrow!

Had a great weekend too! Spent Saturday filming with the fabulous Marlowes crew.
The big picture is starting to come together!

Am looking forward to a filming day next Saturday up in London with Marlowes and catching up with Miles and Lucy!
Am going to see Alice in Wonderland…I love Tim Burton’s stuff and I can’t wait to see what he has done with this one. Just miffed that I’m not in it! Think I would have made a rather good Cheshire Cat!

So 2010 has started with a bang! (Ok it’s February, but I claim dramatic license!)

I am delighted to say that I have signed with the fabulous Miles Anthony at Marlowes Agency in London. I truly believe that with Marlowes 2010 is going to be a great year!

Awards season is upon us and the big ones – The Baftas and The Oscars are looming! It is wonderful to see so many Brits up there for awards and as always to see so many Brits up there for work behind the camera. Best of British xxx
